What I do

I’m brought in when delivery is stalling — not because the team isn’t capable, but because ownership is shared, time is tight, and the steps to land the solution are scattered across multiple people. I create clarity, run the cadence, and do the unglamorous bits that keep momentum moving.

Where I’m most useful

Unblocking cross-team delivery

When “everyone owns a piece” and nobody owns the outcome. I identify stakeholders, chase gaps, and turn a fuzzy problem into a delivery plan with owners, dates and decisions.

Calm, focused meetings that land actions

The right people in the room, no passengers. Live minutes, clear decisions, and an action log that’s followed up properly (including the quiet offline chasing that avoids embarrassment and gets things done).

Reality-based planning in time-critical phases

Timing is treated as critical. I surface risk early, plan parallel activity, and build credible alternatives when the “happy path” won’t land — before deadlines get missed.

Hands-on delivery support (not just oversight)

If keeping momentum means helping set up tests, chasing parts, building evidence packs, or getting data organised — I do it. Delivery is the priority, not protecting role boundaries.

Safety-critical programmes, done properly

I work best where evidence and governance matter: safety, verification, compliance readiness, test planning, and programme sign-off. The common thread is simple: get it delivered, and make it stand up to scrutiny.

If you’ve got a programme that’s quietly drifting, I can help you land it.

A quick conversation is usually enough to work out whether I’m the right “fixer” for the problem.
